Kranji Express

On sat 12 aug, my parents and I boarded Kranji express ... which can bring us to different farms ...the frequency for the bus is every hour ... we are lucky we reached Kranji MRT about 10 oclock ... just in time to catch the bus. Oh yar .. the bus uncle was very friendly .. basically like a tour guide...


First Stop: Haydairies Goat Farm














We bought a $2 packet of "hay" to feed the goats ...







This is sleeping beauty ... looked so peaceful










Second Stop: Dragonfruit Farm

Beside the goat farm is a dragonfruit farm, so we walked over after completing the the tour ard goat farm ... one of my fav. fruits .. haa
Very interesting looking fruit.






Only one precious dragonfruit left on the plants ... the rest are all harvested a few days earlier.








Third Stop: Jurong Frog Farm

Actually I have been to the frog farm before for Car Rally competition organised by NUS ... did not seem so boring that time haaa ...Perhaps becos we were playing games that time ... Wenhui and zhonghui have to catch the frogs and run alternately and make as many rounds as they can within a certain time frame. They ran while my sister and I looked on .. haha .. think we were both afraid of the frogs...






Fourth Stop: Fireflies Organic Farm

Hmmm another boring stop ... but we did buy some organic vegetables there ... quite expensive as compared to non-organic ones ...


Fifth and last stop: GardenAsia

Their green and pink mascots.. Haa
This is quite a nice farm ... with a cafe by a man-made pond ... we had our lunch here.
