Mizuno Fun Run

Woke up at 6am for the run today .. Have not wake up so early for ages... But I was still late and everyone has to wait for me .. Sorrieeee

The first 2.5km of the run is a breeze ... but the 5km marker seems extremely far .. After the u-turn life is extremely difficult haa... but yeah we all survived :)























Went massage after salsa class... reallie need to pamper my poor legs after the 10km run plus salsa haa . The massage palour in chinatown looks dubious... haha especially those with guys downstairs trying to advertise... Went to one that looked pretty decent, however the pricing is too costly .. so decided to try the more dubious shop ... first impression..it sure does look dubious! But no .. there are no sexily dressed woman offering massage ... mostly uncles and aunties .. but the decor and lighting gives the feeling of 黑店. But their service is shiok ... Pretty amazed by the uncle who did foot reflexology ..think he has “一阳指”。。。He can send vibrations thru my bruise to "dissipate the blood clot" ..haa

He said something funnie .. He asked if I have sour neck ... I was figuring out what is sour neck .. think he is asking if my neck is stiff / 颈项酸? Keke .
